Mr. N K Gopinatan Nair (MD) who was working in SKF India for about 15 years and then started his own bussiness at Calicut, a Pvt. Company called NIBCO. It is a Pvt. Ltd. Company registered under the Companies Act 1956 having registered office at calicut and branches from Thrissur to Kannur.

NIBCO has been in the distribution business since 1991. It is a Pvt. Ltd. Company registered under the Companies Act 1956 having registered office at calicut and branch at Thrissur.
